The NARS Dual-Intensity Blush
Tuesday, May 26, 2015
Got them on hands, they’re so lovely. Since NARS first
came up with Dual Intensity Eyeshadows, I was truly impressed with it’s bold,
and highly pigmented colours. Seems like NARS knows me well, cause I was hoping
for similar texture for cheek area, so Dual-Intensity Blush.
This collection of blush are created with NARS’ ‘exclusive
Translucent Prismatic Technology which features pearls and pigments perfectly
suspended in a transparent soft base that then allows for multi-dimensional
effects with a unique weightless, luxurious texture‘. All
six pairings can be mixed & matched for a customisable shade, or
applied with a dampened brush (such as the new N°23 Wet/Dry Brush) for a
‘watercolour effect’.
“Don’t be so serious; it’s only makeup”
Having four out of six shades, each and every has its own usage and character.
Personally love Craving & Panic the most as it shows obvious result on my skin. Craving gives me a lovely contouring finish especially on my fat cheek area, blends super well with damped brush and trust me, you'll need a small amount to get these effect. Or, I shall say that's quite a great combo for highlight and bronzing.
Panic, reminds me of the Guy Bourdin look, both vibrant pink-fuchsia and peach-pink duo are highly pigmented. As usual, a little goes a long way.
Starting from Cheekbone: Sparkling Seashell Highlighter from Craving > Shimmering Fuchsia from Panic > Orange Pink from Panic. Contouring: Shimmering Beachy Bronze from Craving. |
