Moët & Chandon Celebrates Art & Creativity with Rosé Impérial
Tuesday, February 17, 2015
My all time favourite Sparkling Rosé Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial made a stylish
return this year by transforming champagne lovers into art connoisseurs. Themed
Unfurl the Tie, an art-and-auction party
was held at PLAY club @ The Roof to introduce this pairing on a soaring note of
elegance.
Here's something different from last year's event, there were four exclusive masterpieces
crafted by four pairs of talented artists cum personalities were showcased throughout
the night, with each pair producing their own creative interpretations of Unfurl
the Tie using the Moët Rosé Impérial 75cl and magnum-sized bottles; and the
results were breath-taking.
The 4 masterpiece was presented by:
- ‘Set Ablaze’, was crafted by graffiti artist Cloak and socialite cum investment banker Leaw Ai Lin.
- ‘World of Love, The Goddess Ram’, was created by Malaysian-based actress and model Sarah Lian who teamed up with celebrity hairstylist Shaun Yap.
- ‘Till Death Do Us Part’ by tattoo artist Lina David and socialite Kim Raymond
- ‘Four Season’, designed by Operating Director of The Group Roen Cian and blogger-cum-fashion designer Kittie Yiyi
The ‘Four Season’ piece brought in the highest bidding amount at the
value of 20 Moët Rosé Impérial bottles. As their success was celebrated,
bottles of Moët Rosé Impérial accompanied by dazzling sparklers were brought to
the bidder’s table. This was echoed for all the bidders to heighten the
celebratory atmosphere of the night. Successful
bidders were also invited on stage for a photo op with the respective artwork personalities
and artists. The art-and-auction party unfurled
generosity, love and warmth with elegance and fostered close ties among
friends and loved ones.
Moët & Chandon
Rosé Impérial is the most extrovert and glamorous expression of the Moët &
Chandon style. Passionate and irresistible, this champagne is renowned for its
intense fruitiness, flamboyant flavours and radiant tint. Over the decades, Moët & Chandon’s reputation for producing decadent
pink champagnes has made the House’s Rosé Impérial the wine of choice for any
memorable occasions.
Of course not to forget my OOTD for that party!
