Meet Nir Arieli, a photographer who firstly launched his career as a military photographer for the Israeli magazine. He admires the beauty and gentleness which these qualities are the heart of his work.
Now, take a look at his recent work. This portrait series "Men" places men in traditionally feminine spaces and postures. He illuminated the human characteristics to become decidedly feminine traits.
"All the male models are portrayed unapologetically and shamelessly, almost proclaiming a new forthcomingness. Gentleness, uncensored emotion, vulnerability –- all of these became, under the influence of the social evolution, unnatural characteristics when manifested by men," Arieli explained.
I'm so impressed with Arieli's art!
